With this Alto-Shaam Hot Food Well, you can cook your food to perfection and hold for hours without compromising food quality, no fans or hood necessary. Constructed of stainless steel interior walls and an 18 gauge stainless steel exterior, this model is equipped with the latest in technology and features; making it the ideal addition to any kitchen. The 200-HWI series is controlled by two thermostats, one for each individual well. Independent well controls allow you to expand your menu options. Halo Heat Technology surrounds each well with precisely controlled, even heat; extending the hot food holding life, without continuing the cooking process. Manufactured for front-of-the-house use with an existing counter, overhead lighting, and sneeze guard. EcoSmart design eliminates the need for water with these hot food wells. This design reduces installation costs, water utility costs, electricity costs, deliming costs, and food waste.
