Alto-Shaam 300-HWI/D443 – Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit

Alto-Shaam® heated Food Wells have a major advantage: They don’t need or use water. The 300-HWI/D443 is an electric, drop-in unit with an exterior of 18 gauge stainless steel. All energy goes into holding your food, not water, using far less electricity than competitive models. This Alto-Shaam Hot Food Well uses Halo Heat® to increase food holding life with three individual adjustable thermostats using remote controls to provide holding temperature flexibility allowing you to have three different temps without over-cooking or drying out food.

The EcoSmart® design eliminates scorching, gives an appealing look, and provides fresher food quality which also expands menu options increasing sales and reducing waste, great for front-of the-house use with an existing counter or you can take advantage of its easy drop-in installation and make use of it in a prep table for hot plating convenience. All you need to do is plug it in and it’s ready for use! No water. No plumbing. No installation or service costs.
